Who We Are

Second chances are rarely giving to people that is released from rehabilitation facilities into society with no skills. Consistent Progress Transitional Living will be a six months to one year therapeutic treatment program and in that time of stay the tenant must file for and get permanent housing and employment.


Therapeutic classes will be mandatory two days a week. Consistent Progress Transitional Living is going to be a structured curfew-based program that will instill discipline and motivation in each person. We will engage in different therapeutic groups that will teach many coping skills. There will also be “check in” groups twice a day to discuss the plans and goals of each tenant.


SERVICES

Transportation will be provided to the patients so they are able to attend out patients programs . Support and proper guidance is our goal to increase the necessary improvements in each tenant journey while living in CPTL. This is a curfew based program and each tenant must successfully pass a monthly drug screening test.
